Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) is a high-performance polymer blend that brings together the best of both worlds—the rigidity, heat resistance, and dimensional stability of Polycarbonate (PC), and the impact strength, ductility, and processability of ABS. This synergy results in a tough, heat-resistant, and highly mouldable engineering plastic suited for structurally demanding and aesthetically sensitive applications.

The performance of PC/ABS can be precisely tuned by adjusting the blend ratio. A higher PC content enhances mechanical strength and thermal resistance, whereas higher ABS content improves processability, impact performance, and cost-efficiency.
